question on crossovers

I have a 1910s NGC MS 66 red Lincoln. If I send it to PCGS for crossover, and they don't agree with the 66 red grade, do they send it back in the NGC holder or slab it in their holder with their grade. [MS 65?] I obviously don't want a downgrade. steve

Unless you specified "cross at any grade", it would come back in the NGC holder.
