I know it seems early but with 4 months to go and the NATIONALS

who is going to make a run to move into # 1 on the Registry or try to complete their sets? Or accomplish a goal they had set ?

I am getting ready to send in some upgrades and the cards I need to finish my basic set. Whish I could go to the national I need a few singles.

I would love to be able to finish off my 1955 Bowman set in the grade I woud like - but it seems like my sources for material are few and far between!
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

Still 2 cards away from finishing my 1934 Batter up set. I just upgraded four cards that moved me to 5.47 average. Hoping and looking to get to 6.00 by the deadline. On my 1971 Topps Greatest moments set there are a few that I need to find to push me to 7.9 and have a safe coast for the third year in a row as number 1.

I would love to.. but I dont think it will happen.. I'm at #3 on my Player Set right now, and I think I could catch the #1 guy without much problem.. but i know there are some dudes that are up to something! (ie- the guys that I continually find myself bidding against).. the same names pop up all the time.. one guy in particular seems to have $$ out the A$$.. (actually there are 2 or 3 guys that have deep pockets)

i just know they're waiting to unleash their collections with a fury..

I expect to be #1 on the registry on several sets by the close of the award year. Of course, I'll probably be the only one on those sets, and won't be anywhere close to 65% complete. image

I'll hopefully hold on to the title for a few of my sets and add 1 to 3 awards for new sets this year. One will be tough - I'm going to have to submit about 30 more cards to be eligible for the 65% completion requirement. Look out on the 1960 Topps baseball set next year! I plan on completing that set next year and possibly upgrading 8s to 9s as funds allow.

I'd love to hit 65% in the 1959 Football - but i have a long ways to go to crack the top 5. Not the most expensive set - but I just love the design and clarity of the photographs.

I'd love to be able to compete in the 1986 topps football, but #1 is museum and it'll be a long time before I catch him. Let alone be able to hit 65%.
