King of Siam proof set - poll

Got a flyer in the mail today from Ira & Larry Goldberg Auctioneers saying that
they had the King of Siam proof set on sale for $10 million. While I'm not in the
market for coins of that price (unless I hit the Mega Millions jackpot tonight; $210
million would probably be enough to convince my wife that we could fritter $10 mil
away on coins!
) I did like looking at the flyer which was made up like the
original presentation case.
What is the consensus opinion? Is it underpriced, correctly priced, or overpriced?
I'd say it is overpriced even giving the dollar credit for 4 million or so.
