DAvid, again thanks for being available. No other company president has the guts!

When you refer to "Our Customers" in the context of we asked are cutomers and they said they did not want this or that.

Whom are you refering to?

    Hi Mark,

    I have always had the view that we have two equally important types of customers, the people who send coins to us for grading and the people who buy PCGS coins. Both types "use" our product in a sense. When we "ask our customers" it may involve a survey to our dealers or the PCGS Collectors Club members, or it may be an email to certain members of the SEt Registry if the question is very series specific.
