This takes me back

My wife got a 1958 dime in change recently. Instinctively I flipped it over to see the mint mark. I haven't seen one of these silver ones for some time, don’t collect 'em.
These were still being minted when I was young. Is this one of those "species memories" from my ancestral past?image

Wives seem to be luckier with change. At least, that's the way it is in our household!

I haven't gotten a silver dime in change in forever. And I could count the number of times I have on the fingers of one hand.

As I'm a '65 model, myself, I'm a little too young to have seen 'em circulate.

If it has a mint mark, it has to be a D! image
