this is my first morgan.. I need opinions on the grade Iam thinking about cracking out and sending in. Its in a pcgs ms64pl.What kind of chance for an upgrade. the holder is older not sure if that will make a difference..

Looks 64 to me.
Pcgs will crack it out before they grade it and you won't have the risk of the coin coming back lower than the 64pl it is now without any compensation.
