1. 1964 Silver Proof Kennedy MS60 (pop 1/7977).

This specimen is of the very lowest quality, handpicked by me from among the single specimen I personally inspected.

Just wanted to give everybody a shot before this AMAZING set goes to auction.

I think you should have carried it around in your pocket with other change for a while before you submitted it.
Then you could have gone for a XF or AU rating.
I wonder how long you'd have to carry it before you could get it down to a Good rating?
Would Dansco album plastic cover scratches cause a lower rating?

Was this one of those coins, where the Mint would strike Proof coins, let them pile up in the trays, and dump them into a box before people would assemble Proof sets without using gloves or facemasks? it seems to be from around that time period.

I have no problems with this issue as long as the rules apply to everyone & once the set is sold it disappears from the all-time finest list.
