Looks like it got the 66 for having some spots then got worse after being holdered. JMHO

Does giving it air ever clear spotting? I bought a 64 proof Rosie on Ebay, holdered and it had a very distinct spot. Pulled the coin and threw it into a lot of mixed stuff. It took about two months but the spot cleared. Only prob now is I have a 64 proof Rosie with surface scratches.

Turned after it was slabbed--grading guarantee candidate, but not worth it.
