Do you guys realize that it takes time to look through perhaps 90% of available coins to find you the best?
Tons. Tons and tons of personal uninterrupted time.
He doesn't have the time to deal with sarcastic comments, and still have the time to put together my all-time finest collections!
Get it?
Thank you.

I remember last year what happened.
You can love Mitch all you want...no problem here.
Just don't jump in every time someome knocks Mitch.
It really is not necessary.

You're not knocking Mitch are you?
He is a very smart guy who pretty much invented the Registry board to help him sell coins to board members.
It is kinda like his very own PCGS paid advertisement.
He is so sharp,I give him tons of credit.
No sarcasm here.
He works hard, and deserves what he earns,

I would have to say that, you dont make your money by being stupid... or playing it safe. IMHO Mitch earns what he's made.

I've long wondered where he comes up with all those 70's.
Where does he get all those coins to produce those 70's?
Source?
Doesn't he live near PCGS?
Does he go fishing with David Hall? Golf?

Interesting read on this subject earlier on the other thread you referenced.
Registry building has sure been hot going into the June 30 deadline.

If I knew, don't you think I would be "end-running" Mitch?
We are not joined at the hip you realize. I just find the combination of his acumen and business conscience to be far superior than any other US coin dealer's I know. Nuff said? If not, keep firing away. I'll answer any question I can.
Steve
ps. realize, I have not even ever met the guy...
You want some insight into Mitch, for those who don't know him?
He remembers everything.
He can recall the exact coloration of almost every coin he has ever seen.
He can state, practically verbatim, the pops and mintages of the moderns, and suprisingly many other series as well.
He recalls almost all pertinent past auction AND private sales of the coins he markets, et al.
His information is very, very accurate, and (probably the only dealer) truly up-to-date.
He can state, practically verbatim, anything you have ever said to him.
He keeps perfect records.
I have never experienced miscommunications.
He is as honest as the day is long.
I have lots more...
Steve: Thanks for the kind words and I am privileged to be included on a list with the likes of those other 4 coin coin dealers.
And, you still have 36 hours left to buy all my coins

Did you say that you have never met Mitch?

Since my last show (Jack Tar Hotel, SF, summer of '75, won third place YN exhibits, still have the trophy, btw...),
I have only met (both in '99 or so) Larry Abbott of Heritage (sort of during his move from the GNW to TX, but he did make a special trip) , and a guy on the forum who was here for a few posts, came by and picked up some pcgs boxes for free...never heard from him again ... Truly, that's all...
But my internet relationships are pretty cool, hopefully including you, Danny.
Welcome back to the forum, by the by. We have missed you, your insight, and particularly, what the heck you are up to with your hoard of pcgs ms67s...
