Spent $1200 for 2 cards in the Leland's auction.
17.5% hammer fee.
My check cleared June 11.
Shipping charge $30!
Called today June 25. Their response: "Well it should have gone out early this week, but it hasn't gone out yet"

Color me "Ex-Leland's Customer".

Nope. MO mailed the morning after the auction.

Hopefully Porter will improve the service over there.

I received mine but that's because I kept bugging them. I Express Mailed my check to arrive the Monday following the close of auction which may have helped to expedite the shipment.

I too hope Chris improves their customer service. When I call them, I always get the impression that I'm imposing on them when I ask a question. Even when I'm asking a simple question like shipping status for a $10,000 order.
