Just had my home inspected

I looked at the home inspection report of my home I'm selling. It was graded as a 9! Hope they let me move out b4 they encapsulate it. lol.

i heard that if the lawn isn't regularly mowed, you get a M/C qualifier

Good thing the inspector didn't look in my hamper or I'd get the ST qualifier.

But if you take too much off of the edges you will get "evidence of trimming."

No comment on the hamper!?!?
