I can't say anything particular about Pinnicle but you have to remember: EVERYTHING is negotiable. image

I believe sometimes it can matter on the relationship one has with a dealer. Also, certain dealers will discount a coin if they have "room" in the coin. Sometimes not.

I sometimes ask for a better price, and other times not. Many dealers will offer to discount a bit, but if you always ask for a discount they might get tired of it.

They are good guys. They will work with you.
For some coins, their prices are very firm.

I was well pleased with my past two purchases from them and could not complain about price after what I have seen in the market place and the prices they were asking even in the raw for decent early half and large cents! Just got the 1820 by FedEx at 2pm central. The 1806 was a Fathers Day gift!imageimageimageimageimage

The 1820 has a gorgeous shiney gun metal blue toning and strongly evident in the sun. These are scans and do not do justice to them!

Pinnacle is excellent. They will definitely listen and negotiate reasonably with you. Coinguy is top notch, as is Scott. Great company.

I'm a frequent lurker of his page. VERY nice stuff. Unfortuantly, I collect brown lincolns, and he rarely has them.

All kidding aside, Pinnacle is great to work with. The prices are reasonable and, at times, flexible. Just don't expect a discount on NEWPS.

In my opinion you would be hard pressed to find a coin dealer that will work with you any better, and give you the service, than the folks at Pinnacle.image

Pinnacle is great. Katy, Todd, and Scott are wonderful folks who share a lot of knowledge. Mark is a "as good as it gets" guy who should do well on his own. K
