    'Strike doubling' is not the same thing as 'double struck'. And Jeremy, while your coin has a great indent and brockage from another coin, it too was only struck once.

    Here's a pic I scanned a long time back from Len's Stamp & Coin auction catalog, a double-struck 1961-D Frankie.

    It isn't double struck but I still like Jeremy's coin. It took me awhile to figure out exactly what it is. Seanq caled it an indent and brockage but it is actually struck by a mid stage partially capped die, but the die is "capped" by an off-center struck cent.
