99% of SGS coins are either ms-70 or pr-70.

Hey, I have one of them. It is in a mint set tho. I never heard of SGS. Bob

Now I've seen everything!
All the proof 2003 cents I've seen lack frosting on the 3. Has anybody seen any 2003 proof cents with a fully frosted 3?

PCGS has graded 34 in PR70DCAM! One was posted last year and it looks the same as that one. '03 was a bad year for the date on the cent.
