Crossover Submission Question

Hey guys, i was hoping you could help me out. In regards to Crossover Submissions I was wondering if the only charge is the grading charge if minimum grade is met or if there is a fee for PSA to take the card out of the exisitng holder on top of the grading fee. I'm also assuming that PSA will charge the same if the minimum grade is (and is encased) or is not met (and not encased by PSA), is this correct? I've searched the website but can't find any other information, to me it appears there is not an extra charge. LMK, Thanks!

  • I recently sent my first crossovers in,and only paid grading fees (cost depends on service level) and shipping.
  • Thanks for the info, I was under the impression that Beckett charges around $40 to this (which seems pretty high since it is 2 seconds of labour).

You pay whether or not it crosses over. Also - PSA typically will not take the card out of the original holder unless it does cross (with exceptions being when they think it will cross, but then seeing the card outside of the holder brings new information to light that does not allow the card to cross)
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
