Looking at cards

There are more threads complaining about various aspects of ebay than sportscards and memorabilia lately, so this thread is just about cards.
I was sorting out some Tejada cards last night and I noticed that I had two with a similar but not identical picture, the 99 Ultra and the 2000 Focus. I guess if I didn't look closer I'd assume they were just from the same sequence, but there it's like one of those "what different" games. Lee Stevens must have had deja vu, getting forced at second over and over. Flipping through the rest of them, I found two more cards of Tejada turning the pivot, and all against the Rangers. The UD is with Tom Goodwin I think, and the Black Diamond that you can't really see is Kevin Elster.
The other curiosity I've been nursing is what I call "The Steve Lomasney Experience." In the process of ripping Bowman Chrome way back when, I pulled 4 of the 6 different Lomasneys. There was a dealer who had the International Gold Refractor numbered to 25, but I couldn't bring myself to spend the $5 on it, but I regretted it later when someone bought it. Nothing special about these cards, it's just funny that of all the cards in the set, this is the one I have such strong completion with. The 2000 photo is from the same sequence.
