T206 Wagner description (sucker pays $200.00 for reprint)

I like how this seller mentions that he found this Wagner in a box of old cards years ago and he's not sure if it's a reprint.
uhhhhh.....guess what buyer, if someone might have a $800,000 item, their not gonna let it go for $200.00. This stuff used to make me mad, now it just amuses me.

Wow, I bought a "rare reprint" of the T206 Wagner, in fact the whole damn T206 reprint set in mint condition, for $35 or something like that. There are people on eBay who will bid it up to $200??

What's even more hysterical is that the reserve was not met. He hoped it would go for more. image
  • What is even funnier is if you look down at the sellers other items, they have another T-206 Wagner for sale. At least this one they admit is a reprint. And this just takes the cake: Some Old Reprints go for over $500. A fool and his money ...!!! image

Confidence games are no longer just whispered come-ons in back alleys....unless those bidders were just trying to test the reserve waters, I don't think this stuff will ever amuse me.
