Depends if you know the difference between bits and bytes. A capital "B" is bytes, while a lowercase "b" is bits. If you Do mean 295 kiloBYTES per second, then you're running at 2.328 megaBITS per second.
If you meant 295 kiloBITS per second (slow... So wireless won't be this), you're running at 36.875 kiloBYTES per second.
Currently, I'm connected to charter at 2 megabit (256 kBps) downstream, and 128 kilobit (16 kBps) upstream. My home lan is through a 10/100 router, so I get a nice 100 megabit (12.5 megaBYTES per second) connection between both of my PCs.
Click on Customize at the upper-right of any page. Change the following settings:
1-I would like to see the last days of threads when I enter a category.
2-How many topics do you want listed when you enter a category?
3-How many messages do you want listed when you enter a thread?
I have number 1 set at 20, number 2 and 3 are both set at 100. Makes reading the threads much more enjoyable.
Bit Rate: 1472 Kbps downstream
Bit Rate: 256 Kbps upstream
