Hello. Can you please check the pictures, the error is located near the letter "B". I think , this is a struck through error. Am I right? I have 12 2003 Silver Kennedy coins with the same type of error. How often can you see this error on the Proof coins?
It does look like a tiny struck thru error. They are not seen as often in proofs due to the "quality" control.Worth Less to the person if you want flawless coins, a slight bit more if you like errors.Maybe +10-15% Now if the indent covered a major portion of it ,the larger the area the price would go way up.rich

Mint errors - like stike-thru's - are not supposed to subtract from the grade. Also, on this coin, the error is very small and is located away from the main focal point of the coin so it would not detract from the grade. Now, if there was a blemish on the device right in the center of the coin, I'd think that it would subtract from the grade.

i would think it would lower any value.
If that's in a PCGS slab i can't believe they'd give it a PR69 grade ?
