FA: 1973 Dime, PCGS PR70DCAM

on ebay with no reserve and .99 open:

Link

Last known sale was heritage May 2003 ($1265 + 15% = $1450).

I might scan a pic later.

This is the lowest pop "70" for the entire series, aside from 1 pop 1
coin (1975), up to 1998.

I beleive this coin only exists in 1 current registry set (White Fang).

Why do you have the holder number blacked out?

  • wondercoinwondercoin Posts: 16,980 ✭✭✭✭✭
    You are welcome.

And, I really didn't "cost" the winning bidder anything either - I would happily pay the high bidder a profit on the coin right now if he wasn't happy.

    Good auction.

  • I blacked out the holder number in case the winner wanted to post the number in
his registry set today and get it in under the wire today for the awards.

I didn't want anyone else to snag it and keep the winner from being able
    to do that.

Winner can't use the coin unless you fly it to him by midnight anyway!!!!!

  • The winner could use the coin by asking me for the number, which I would email to him

  • I'm sure this coin has been sold, but just in case it is still available, I would be interested. Contact be at Freddie@miami.edu. I am a serious buyer. Will pay top dollar for this coin.
