Slabs and PQ designation

Is PCI the only slabs to use the PQ designation? What are some designations on other slabs?

Thanks

NGC uses the "STAR" on their labeling indicating a superior eye appealing coin (not to be confused with a Premium Quality- grade wise- coin).

Older "PQ" labeled coins from PCI can be very pretty. The label is getting more and more difficult to locate as pretty coins from PCI are usually submitted to PCGS or NGC before too long.

Does the PQ designation given by PCI mean, "Almost graded right?" ...no, I guess not, that would be AGR. I wonder what PQ means on a PCI holder...
