indian head proofs- good investments? pic added

I was thinking of buying this IH proof, it is in an older PCGS holder and want to know if you all agree with the grade. Thanks for any feedback.

Is there a way I can enlarge the pic? thanks

    There is no grade listed, but it looks nice from the small photo!

    You can't enlarge the photo without degrading the quality.

    Good investment? At this stage in the coin market cycle...probably not.
