After reading about numerous complaints about PSA on these boards, I'd like to give the Customer Service Department a compliment.
I submitted a 25 card invoice via FedEx on 06/14/04 which was immediately logged in on 06/15/04. On 06/21/04, five business days later, I received an e-mail that my grades were ready. Not bad!
Upon checking my invoice, two of my cards were incorrectly entered; a Rickey Henderson 1993 Finest Refractor was reflected as a regular finest card and a Chuck Schilling 1993 Finest Refractor was incorrectly listed as a Dennis Eckersley 1993 Refractor.
I immediately called PSA and expland the error to a customer service rep named "Ernesto" (My apologies in advance for spelling). Ernesto took my phone number and said he would check into it. At this point, I wasn't too confident I would get a call back. Sure enough, about an hour later, Ernesto called back and said he had verified an error had been made, and that the mistake had been corrected.
As those of you familar with 1993 Refractors know, the difference between a 1993 regular finest card and a 1993 refractor is substantial. Note that the Henderson card is a 1 of 1 and take a look at Invoice #558373 - Zip Code is 75219.
Thanks PSA!
