I received a email today with the above title. I've heard that a few forum members received a $5 coupon from eBay and I was wondering if this was how they got it.

nope. the coupon is for $5 off if you make a purchase in the specified catagory.

the ebayanything points are good anywhere.

I received a $10 ebay coupon for a purchase over $50. when I tried to use it on a coin I won, it said that I could not use it in that catagory. Bull$hit!!!

The one I got was only good for certain specific categories of clothing.
yeah, just what I want to buy off of Ebay.

There should be a section somewhere in the email that tells you which catagory your $5 or $10 can be used in.

Most i've heard of were for the Clothing and Accessories catagory. Whooooo Hoooooo !.......... NOT !

Unless i'm mistaken the "ebay anything points" are different. They should be good for anything. (?)
