There are toploaders that can hold 4 or 5 cards at once. You can penny sleeve or "comic bag" it and tape two regular TL on either side. There are various ways of doing it.

the 10ct snap-tites work but put a piece of tissue on both sides of the card to keep it from bouncing back and forth and to protect it in case the case cracks. I had a guy send me some cards in one of the last week and another guy sent me a card in one too. They both cracked. In one case the guy had tissue paper over the card on both sides and it had no damage, in the other case, I had a very badly damaged top card.

Cardboard gold (www.cardboardgold.com) also sells super thick toploaders that I've used for my elite cards. LIke the back2back jacks and quad jsy cards. They only come 5 in a pack and they are about 50% larger than you need...but they work. Otherwise, if it's an expensive card, you can pick up the "collector safe" or "pro Mold" 80-120 pt 1-screw screwdown cases. Problem is, they weigh a lot... cost me $3.03 to send two of them in a 6x9 bubble mailer.
