Although I'll never put in enough money into coins to have a top ten set, I still collect coins in PCGS plastic.
I like the PCGS holders better, and -very generally- speaking, PCGS has more "consistent' grading (gonna get it on that one, I know, I know, but it's true... even if one doesn't want to admit or doesn't get their way with the graders)
I have a couple registry sets. Just for fun. But, it's interesting to see how your collection stacks up against others. I don't whine about it. I do like PCGS slabs better than NGC. PCGS slabs take better pictures and look nicer. I will probably try to cross a few of my NGC slabs but will probably have them cross at any grade.
Because I tend to like proofs, my collection will never be as highly rated as it could. For the other series that I don't care for as much I just get cheap decent examples for type.
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I am an A-hole. I was not born an A-hole. I have worked very hard all of my life to become an A-hole and am now considered to be a MAJOR A-HOLE.
