If I bought a NGC graded Binion coin, could I get it reslabbed by PCGS to carrry the same pedigree?

    I don't think so. Last time someone asked David Hall he said Binion wasn't really a collector.
    Ask again it's been about a year since the last post in the q&a forum about it.

    What about the 1908 Saint Gaudens "Wells Fargo"? Mr. Fargo wasn't a collector.
