Handling Proofs

I'm a little hazy on how to best remove proofs from albums, a Dansco one in this case.

I know I shouldn't push it out flush on the front, and I should be careful how I slide the sliders, but how do I go about the whole "popping" part? Twist the album a bit? Push on the edges?

I'm a lost cause ...

your thoughts are good to try to remove these coins from the albums

but do not touch them with bare hands get some clean cotton coin gloves and by twisting the album most all might drop out onto a clean new surface ........... maybe a clean terry cloth bath towel
