Coin show find

I found this 1907 NGC fattie holder (thanks for that term Airplanenut) MS-64 Barber Quarter at a local show this weekend, the coin has a true original patina that's so thick you can cut it with a knife. Some little dirty specks that are not a problem in the least, creamy cartwheel luster and abrasion free surfaces. I am one happy camper and can't put it down. If only it were in a PCGS holder, then I would find the true meaning of Nirvana ....

I know you can relate, trust me when I tell you that this one is a honey. Three months in a row I left that show without buying a single coin, then pow! Makes all the effort worthwhile. I feel guilty for keeping it knowing that I could make quite a few clients very happy, but I deserve a little happiness every now and then too!
Why does it being in an NGC holder limit the amount of enjoyment you have in the coin??
Myqqy, it doesn't, or at least it shouldn't. Sometimes I use the winky icon to denote sarcasm. There have been some recent discussions which the little winky guy is alluding to. The last thing I want to do with coins I like is worry about spending another grading fee so the plastic looks different.
Ohhhhhhhh.... sorry I'm a little slow with the sarcasm...
BTW, that's a real nice coin!
<< <i>But it might be easier to get a good picture of it in a pcgs slab >>
That's why NGC should go back to black backgrounds. Black in the background is much easier than white. (Unless there was some sarcasm there that I just didn't get.)
