1965 Topps Baseball Set Listed Again

I have reviewed everyone's response to my listing. I have reviewed the mistakes made and also adhered to the advice given in how to list the set properly. I now have a minimum bid that will give me what I want for the set. This time it will go all the way. I'm sorry to have created mistrust, however, I have never listed a set like this before and really just mishandled it.

    I really do not see this set selling for 25k............does anyone?

    one can be built brick by brick for less, and you have the pleasure of doing it. However possibly someone may want it as a pure investment and may be willing to pay 5k over smr......not I
