I dont know if I will attend, as I would have to bring my three young children. Its tough to look at coins and watch them.

Anyway, I may stay at home as a few items are hitting the floor in the ANR auction I would like to bid on.

While I'm sure the coin show can keep everyone entertained for hours upon hours, there are other things to do nearby:

NC Museum of Art is just down the street a mile or so. (free except for special exibits)

The JC Raulston Arboretum of NC State Univ. is also less than a mile away. (free)

For the kiddies there's Pullen Park just a couple of miles up the road. With paddle boats, a train, a real carousel and more. (free except for some rides)

At the location of the coin show itself is a huge flea market, enough to keep non-coin people out of trouble.
