Best guide to grading MS/PR moderns?

I'm working on getting a handle on grading high level moderns (post 1932) and don't really know where to start.
It's hard for me to use already graded coins as a guide, because there aren't any in my area. Sometimes I feel that I way undergrade and I''m terribly picky, but it's hard for me to fortify or disprove my grading tastes.
What book is useful for getting a grade on quality MS/PR mods?
I'm going to go through the process of submitting many proof coins in the next few months, and I've thought about just sending in whole sets, regardless of apparent condition, but I'm very fearful of losing vast sums of money.
Any tips for someone who can't actually get their hands on coins to go by?
Thanks!

DO NOT randomly submit, or I can assure you financial loss. If you're going to submit hoping to learn, send in the nicest few examples you own and see how they grade. The PCGS Guide to Coin Grading and Counterfeit Detection is a superb guide for MS/PR coins. Good luck.
and it sets us apart from practitioners and consultants. Gregor

Seems to work for Marty.
