1858 3 Cent silver with doubling on obverse and reverse.

I posted this coin about two weeks ago wondering if it was a DDO. Since then I've imaged the reverse which also shows significant doubling. Does this imply that the coin was machine doubled or double struck? I'm too blind to see the doubling on the coin just by examining it.
