US Mint Refund

I have never sent anything back to mint until recently - and was wondering how long it takes for them to process the credit - hopefully not as long as it took to ship the C&C sets. Also, do they just put the money back into your account, the same way they took it out?? I know they have received by now - so should I anticipate about a week? 2 wks?

Also, on exchanges - what is waiting period on that, as well? Thanks!!!!! (I sent one of each - and exchange and a refund.)

They will credit your credit card if that is how you paid. I have never paid any other way so I don't know other refunds methods. They are quick about it and even send me an email with the details.

you may want to call them about the exchange. they often just refund your money and dont bother sending a replacement.
