Missing card

Heres two cards I recieved back from PSA/DNA finally on June 17th...4 cards were sent to PSA/DNA on 04/10 get this, my Pee Wee Reese Autograph came back returned as Authentic? no holder, purchased from a very reputable dealer and said if it doesn't pass PSA/DNA he'll refund my money. Sure enough didn't pass, and now I'm out $20. for grading fees. Also PSA/DNA lost my autograph of Joe "Ducky" Medwick, PSA asked me to check with them back by Tuesday, they are going to call PSA/DNA and look for the card. Some how when picking up my cards from the PSA office, I had 3 cards returned instead of 4, the invoice has the cards PSA/DNA certification number as being authentic, but the card turned up missing when recieved by PSA. I'm out $120. so PSA said to check with them back on Tuesday if they can locate the card, if they can't find it, they said they will buy it back from me or give me grading vouchers in replace of the missing card. I don't want vouchers, I just want the card back for my set.
As of June 17th, PSA will start adding serial numbers to Authentic only Autograph cards. I guess because of my unfortunate card incident, PSA took two of my cards that I had slabbed without any grade or serial number and then they reslabbed them for me, they told me I am the first to have this done and said they will start adding serial numbers to these card to help with PSA population and to enhance the collectibility. However if you try and add them to your set registry, any cards without a grade or the word Authentic can't be registered into the system. Because it doesn't accept "ANY" no grades. I've contacted PSA's set registry for help on this. Heres my e-mail I got. But anyways, I'll keep you guys posted on my missing card! I don't want vouchers, I just want the card so I can be one step closer to finishing this set.
(You can see a scan of the cards on the bottom of this page)
Hi Jery,
The registry is not programmed to accept "no grades" in any card set. After we
get the new registry online in a couple of months, we'll see what we can do
about this issue.

I just came from your offices today. Ivan Lopez helped me out with a problem
I'm having with my order. He also let me know that as of today, PSA will
start giving serial numbers to cards that have been authenticated by
PSA/DNA, two of my cards were fixed with serial numbers today, but when I
try to add them to my set registry, it says Cert number 30754585 does not
have a valid grade NA. and will not let me add them to my set. To be honest,
I don't care about the grade. I'm only trying to complete a set. The cards I
recieved back today are as following.
30754585 AB Chandler
30754584 Bill Veeck both have been slabbed with PSA/DNA certified and
Authentic Auto as a grade.
I would like to add these to my set to inhance the collection, it shouldn't
matter that there isn't any grade. Point system value should be a "0"
anyways, please I know as of today PSA started adding cereal numbers to
these types of cards, Please help me to add this to my set registry. "Jery
Lee Collection,"
Thank you.

As I read your story, I had made up my mind not to pursue a PSA autographed set. Then I saw the part where they will start assigning serial numbers - finally! I think PSA is continuing to struggle with the customer service issues like you have brought up. I know it has been a frustrating situation for you to have autographed HOFer cards not assigned numbers because PSA does not recogonize certain cards as legitimate. I have had major issues with them taking 10 weeks to add cards to a player registry set.
I think PSA has grown so fast that they are now having service issues such as the ones mentioned. How they handle these issues will dictate how successful they continue to be. They are in business to provide us a service. If they can not do that well, someone else will come along who will. Good luck with your set - I look forward to seeing youe set updated.

Sorry about the loss of your card-this happened to a friend of mine last year and he was really depressed about it. Lets hope it's just an oversight and it turns up.
