Someone has not learned the lessons of pre-sales of L&C sets (possible scam?)

Saw this on ebay when I was browsing....Lewis and Clar pre-sale for 800 units (Pouch set)

I have seen a few sellers get neutrals and negs for pre-sales of the L&C C&C sets that people have just been receiving...since they sold things that later got cancelled by the mint.

This will likely happen as well....since there are only 50,000 sets....if the mint does any limiting, which the person won't know until the last minute, then will get orders cancelled.

Also, the pre-sales is for $120?

I just realized, as I thought about this as I type, there appears to be something is wrong here........scam in the making since "immediate payment required" but sets should arrive to you by "september 25th"????
Way to get money, have months of free time, and then disappear?

This is a scam. It is also a violation of eBay's pre sale policy, which states that items must be shipped within 30 days. I've reported this auction.

I was wondering on reporting it or not.....was wondering on possible violations, and was thinking of emailing the seller.
But, I wasn't sure yet.

Thanks for putting this up. Something like this would be easy to fall for if you really wanted the item. I've never seen a pre-sale, but if it grabbed my attention, I might of hit the buy it now before realizing what was up or not up.
