Registry Certificate Questions

I know the answers are probably on the site somewhere, but I can't find them.

What is the percentage that your set has to be in order to be eligible? And, what is that date that percentage is taken? I think I remember the percentage being 68% and maybe the end of October being the date?

i believe 65% this year

GR is right on the money. I confirmed on the website that it is 65% for this year.

In addition, the collector with the finest set in each category with at a least 65% completion, will receive a certificate of recognition as well as a "Best of the Registry" icon by his or her set listing in the registry.
