Guess the grade on my Morgan 1893-O

Thank you, Rare Coins of New Hampshire, for this original piece, which is the scarcest of all New Orleans mint Morgans. Okay, don't laugh, as this is an upgrade for me from another piece that came back bodybagged by PCGS as "tooled". Yes, I realize the picture is not the best, but what do all of my fellow coin nerds think?

Back to your coin dollardude, I really suspect PCGS would grade it at least 25, with a good shot at 30. That coin does not have enough wear to only grade 20, there is too much feather detail in the eagle's right wing.
As always, I'm posting this without reading the other grades first.

<< <i>I am not wild about the ef40 example... the 30 and 35 examples are quite nice and quality coins for the grade >>
How about this EF-40?
