Heritage and the 1960's

For some reason it seems there are more 1960 set collectors then 1950 set collectors on the boards....are there any collectors that are not collecting heritage but will when they hit the 1960 era in the follow decade? Also, what set are you waiting on?? You 67-69 set collectors have a long way to wait!!!!

anybody have an idea about what year topps will stop making heritage???

probably when the time comes to immortalize classic designs such as 1988 Topps and 1994 Topps

There is nothing wrong with the design of 1988 Topps (especially if you like 1967 Topps). There are just a few million too many of each card produced.
1994 Topps I won't defend. Player names should not be in cursive.

i personally cant wait for the next couple of years...i plan on finishing a 56 (2 checklists) and 57 set (50% done) while opening up packs of heritage that look just like them....never get to do this again!!

i like all the cheesy overproduced mid-late 80's stuff.. its what I started out on, so 1987 Topps will always hold a special place in my memory.. it was the first FULL wax box I ever opened.. I pulled Wally Joyners, Ruben Sierras, and Pete Incaviglias out the ying-yang..

Same for 1988, 1989, 1990..

sheesh.. since my last post was about late 80's cards, i thought I'd share this auction.. unbelieveable! I would love to have this card, but i WONT be bidding on this one! I believe I could open enough wax/vending for less that $100 and pull some 9's or 10's.. maybe not..
