How long should I wait to report to ebay that I didn't receive my auction win?

It's been 22 days since I paid. I've sent two emails to the address they say to email to in their auctions. I've heard nothing and never received the items. What's the standard waiting period? Thanks

    If you paid via PayPal, don't wait much longer. Claims must be filed within 30 days of auction end.

    Ouch! Paypal it was! I wouldn't sweat it if they'd just respond to my emails so I know something. I hate negging anyone and if they'd just refund me I'd still give them positives. This is unlike this seller. I've bought from them a few times before without any problems.

    Could be on vacation?

    Could be lost in the mail?

    Could be in the hospital?

    Too many could bees! Russ's advice is the best route to take since they've failed to respond to you inquiries. My standard waiting period is 15 business days; however, there's at least contact with the other party amidst this waiting period. No contact...FILE with Paypal!image

    You must notify PayPal BEFORE 30 days

    To file a claim with eBay, you have to WAIT 30 days

    doesnt ebay have a non-selling seller form,like a non-pay bidder ?

    This is a large coin business who's ebay sales are on the side from what they normally do so if someone is hospitalized or on vacation then someone else has to be covering. Also lookin at their feedback I see they've conducted and succesfully delivered on several auctions since my three transactions on 5/26. They are also currently running 500+ auctions too so they're up and running well.

    After reading your second post, it may be lost in the mail. However, there are some high volume vendors that don't respond, via email, quickly to buyers. I know one seller that doesn't respond to emails until 2 or 2-1/2 weeks after I mail him before or after auctions close. Some people! GEESH!image
