I just sold these last week. Though I have the same coins in the same grade but even darker with a colbolt blue and red when you move them in the light. Really cool for such a new coin. These coins were found in a mint bag straight from the mint.
How's this for dark? The Eliasberg Bust Quarter is about as dark as I like them. It's still got a fair amount of luster showing through (a little better on the reverse than the obverse) that doesn't quite come through in the photograph. The Barber is has much more luster coming through the the Bust Quarter.

Then again, the dark from circulated pieces that are 110% original is always very welcome
