Do any of the three big services grade Conder Tokens?

Either PCGS, NGC or ANACS?

A PM to Carol or David might be in order. I got one I like, but I don't collect these so I really have no clue if it is a "nice" one or not.

No such thing as a "Condor" token. There are coins with condors on 'em, and there are Conder tokens, though. image

In answer to your question, I don't know. I would also be interested to learn if any of the major services grade Hard Times and Civil War tokens.

I know that ANACS grades HTTs CWTs and even So-Called Dollars!

I might start collecting Conder Tokens if someone slabs them.

I have seen PCGS and NGC slabbed Conders on eBay. Most of the examples I have seen are also of interest to Colonial collectors - examples would be the Franklin Press (Middlesex 307) token and the Kentucky token.

I don't think PCGS does. Not sure about NGC. I believe ANACS might. I know ICCS will.

Yeah, I guess ICCS would have to grade tokens.

Example of a PCGS slabbed Conder token.

Of course, as stated above, the Franklin Press tokens (Middlesex 307 and 307a) ars also collected as a colonial token as are the Kentucky tokens (Lancashire 59, 59a, 59b, and 59c) as both are listed in the Red Book. Not sure that this proves that PCGS will slab Conder tokens or not. image

I have two nice ones if you're interested!! Both Choice R&B Uncs (one very prooflike), and graded by Jerry Bobbe. LMK. image

I might have been interested, but I fear the darn things would become habit forming, and the last thing I need right now is to go off on another numismatic tangent! image
