don't know about slabbing, but it is a beautiful coin.

A very nice Canadian one cent! However, IMHO I really don't think you should send it in for grading. It is very hard at times to judge coins by an image so I am basing my judgment on the image and not the coin in hand. I see quite a bit of flatness on the high point of the coin. Not to mention I also see green spotting on the obverse at the base of the Queen's neck. That alone would keep it out of a slab.

Seriously, it looks like it grades VF. Value is about $25 Canadian or $15 US. It would cost about $16 US at PCGS (if they'll grade it with that green color).
Keep it in a 2x2 and enjoy it!
