Has anyone ever seen it ?

Does anyone own it ? (pics please)

Is it a topps card in an opc holder ?

I've never seen it or heard of it.

I've checked with scerb13, mwalling, oysh,
myself, and a few others. None of us know
where it is.image

    no, and the PSA 8 that I own, I bought off ebay in 1999 and has been the only PSA 8 that I can recall that has been ever offered on ebay.
