Question for college ticket stub collectors

I was looking on eBay when I ran across this 1929 Rose Bowl TICKET Stub PSA Georgia Tech California .

Does anyone know how valuable or rare this is? I am interested in it, but I am trying to figure out what it's worth so I don't over-bid.
