Some E-Bay results from a newbie

Well, today is June 15. I have just received nthe 68th item out of 69 items that I have bought on E-bay during the 3 months. I can tell you that some deals took some friendly "cajoling" and some took veiled threats but I got all items except 1. That 1 will cost me $25.00 total so I fell that I'm pretty lucky. Some of the items took between 45 and 60 days to arrive but I kept my temper and have managed to get everything here except a 2002 US Silver proof set. I think I've done well and been real lucky. I hope I've dealt with some people here on the boards because all in all its been an "interesting" experience. This has gotten me back into the hobby full time so my purchases will drop but I think I've learned who is honest and who is full of s--t.

Is the 2002 Silver Proof Set lost in the mail? Or did the seller stiff you?

Sorry, should have said, I got stiffed. Seller was "e-temptations". Always kept saying, Oh yes, I'll ship it, I'll ship. oh well, $25.00 isn't so bad.

I had the same kind of problem with e-temptations.......don't give up, keep bugging him, he finally shipped to me. Just keep sending him emails, ignore his rants about the post office and hopefully he will ship to you too......good luck!!!!
