The video of that was hilarious. I loved when the mom was swatting the man with her scorecard. And it was actually in Texas, Stone.

  • Ben, thankx for posting the story, with the hours I am working this week I had missed it. Sanders is a true class act.

Sanders seem like a decent guy and a decent player. Why does he never stick with a team? I wonder this every year. I just looked it up and he has played for six teams in the last six years (one year each, except the first one which was his last year with Cincy).
  • Knopfler,
Nobody knows the answer to your question. I think most of it has to with salary issues.
All i know is he did sign with St. Louis for two years.
He puts up good numbers season after season. A good bat with occasional power and great speed.
Heard a lot of announcers talk about how well condition he is for his age.

Please be kind to me. Even though I'm now a former postal employee, I'm still capable of snapping at any time.

Man, this kid is making out pretty good. Now the Rangers gave him a bat autographed by Nolan Ryan, he was on Good Morning America, and the Mets gave him free tickets to the Mets-Indians game. Is this a sign that baseball is actually starting to care about the fans again?

The man who took the foul ball has not responded publicly to the criticism, but The Dallas Morning News identified him as Matt Starr, a married, 28-year-old landscaper and former youth minister.

Ha ha..."former youth minister"image I wonder how recently he became "former"image

Although with what's occured since the incident, I wonder if the boy shouldn't actually be thanking the jerkimage

  • Why was Sanders in the clubhouse watching the game on TV? Is he hurt?
  • Had the day off.
