My first PSA set - 1965 Topps

I'd like to thank those who helped me decide on my first set. I decided on 1965 Topps. I was able to purchase a large lot of PSA 7's (around 20%). Most of the set will probably be PSA 7's, but if I can pick up 8's for cheap I'll do that too. I hope I'm not stepping on too many toes when I bid on these on eBay. I'm sure some of the same names that keep popping up on 1965 Topps auctions are on these boards.

Nice set! I've always like the 1965 set for some reason.. I like the little Pennants on the front .. I've always liked the blue backs of the cards, also.. Good luck with your quest!

There's nothing like the rectangle of a baseball players past surrounded by another retangle of clear plastic stuff.
You're off to a good start. I like the batch method myself to get the ball rolling.........

Good choice Brian ! I'm one of the guys you'll be bidding against, think I saw your id on one of the auctions I was bidding on already. You're off to a nice start at 20%. I've been building it for about 2 months now and am around 13% , building in the same grade(s) as you.
