Does anyone know if these people could be targets for distributing the police report free of charge? Either by Mike, the victim, or from the local police department? I think all of this is funny as hell, but I don't want to see someone made an example of.

As long as it’s not a Juvenile case or sealed by a judge it’s all public info. Just have to visit your local Clerks office.
