COIN WORLD Canadian Coin Values...how accurate?

The current issue of COIN WORLD contains the Canadian Coin Values section. I don't actively collect Canadian but would be interested in knowing just how close to reality the prices noted in COIN WORLD are. Any comments would be appreciated.

    I've always found the prices in the Coin World Canadian Coin Values section to be about the same average prices I see when I go to Canadian coin dealers stores, and about the same as prices with Canadian coin dealers on the internet.
